Not too long ago, I took the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator. Not the real test, mind you; just a few of the on-line free sample tests that guarantee an "accurate" assessment. Well, I took four tests (one of them twice), and my assessment was the same each time (give or take a few percentage points in the different catagories). I'm still coming to terms with what I have discovered. Reading through the prolific profiles out there, I am aware that the test results are not far from wrong, but I am not sure if I'm quite ready to accept it and label me as such.

Although, it is nice to know why I'm such an odd little duckling.

Curious as to what temperament or personality that a few moments testing declares me to be?

Perhaps, then, someone will come to my defense or rescue, or, alas, determine my fate with a decisive nod of the head and a, "Yep, that's her all right. Can't believe she didn't know before, poor soul." At any rate, at least there's someone out there who understands me. Which is, perhaps, more than I can admit to.
